Ana and Larry at the Deering Estate!

Ana and Larry were married at the fabulous Deering Estate! The wedding was classic and elegant with shades of ivory and gold throughout. We modernized the theme with floating candles, round paves of flowers for the centerpieces, and amber uplights. Will post more pics soon including an adorable caipirinha bar with specialty toppings and a delicious sweets station with brazilian truffles.

Cleveland at Miami - NFL Star CJ Mosley Marries the Stunning Cassandra!

There was a definite buzz in Coral Gables last month as NFL players filled Miami to celebrate the wedding of Cleveland Browns CJ Mosley and Cassandra Calcagno. Although the weather did not cooperate for an outdoor garden ceremony, we brought the garden inside creating a dramatic backdrop with lit topiaries, garden urns filled with lush flowers, and tons of candles. Cassandra's vision for the big day was a luxurious purple garden with a touch of bling. Draping and amber uplighting finished the look making the garden theme super romantic.

It was an absolute honor being chosen to plan this special day for an amazing couple!

Special thank you to Alicia Balmelli from Twinkle Twinkle in Coral Gables for saving the day. After a jewelry emergency occurred leaving Cassandra with no earrings for wedding day, Alicia came to the rescue opening the store on a Sunday for us and delivered an array of options for Cassandra to choose from.

What a great couple!

Ann and Patrick Married in Miami Beach.

Ann and Patrick were married at the beautiful Miami Beach Botanical Garden right in the heart of South Beach. They had a beautiful garden wedding followed by a modern and elegant reception featuring a full draped ballroom for lounging, dancing, and drinks, then a full draped tent for dining. We used amber lighting in the tent and fun purple tone lighting in the ballroom. Ann's monogram was used throughout the reception on the menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, and even pillows for the lounge. The bartending company also did a version of the monogram for the bars, which were all white acrylic bars with led uplighting. Here are some photos by Ryan Droze.

Ann looked beautiful! Her bouquet featured green cymbidium orchids, purple vanda orchids, and mango tone roses.

I love creative ring shots.

Dramatic amber uplighting showcased the fully draped tent. The table centerpieces were 1/2 submerged flowers including mango calla lilies, green cymbidium orchids, and purple vanda orchids. The other 1/2 of the tables were adorned with high centerpieces with branches, calla lilies, and orchids.

Apple colored linens with purple tone vanda orchids and a touch of mango looked tropical, but extremely elegant. Custom menu cards and a purple vanda orchid at each napkin finished off the placesetting.

Votive place cards are a cool spin on traditional place cards. We took it a step further and incorporated the monogram design into these too. Stationary is one area where I love things to be matchy matchy.
